Ray Wilkins - Your Live Coach

I will help you navigate your career crossroads - take decisive action with clarity and confidence through my no BS 1:1 coaching

  • 60 Minute Supercharged Call - £349
  • 90 Day made for you coaching programme; £4,995

Are you quietly wondering, "What else is possible - is this it?" with no idea how to get a career in F1, MotoGP, or any formula of Motorsports, or a career in Automotive or IT?

Do you feel like your career should feel more fulfilling but instead, you're stuck in a loop of procrastination, overthinking, second-guessing and playing it safe to maintain the current status quo?

Is your confidence wobbling after being passed over for a promotion, or are you questioning whether to stay where you are or take a bold leap?

Would you like to make a clear, confident decision about your next chapter, one that feels true to you and your inner ambitions, not just your CV or LinkedIn?

If so, I can help you navigate the crossroads and take decisive action through no BS 1:1 coaching, not the navel-gazing kind, instead the kind that cuts through the noise and gets you moving forward.

Now, I work with smart, accomplished people who are tired of being stuck in their heads, tired of overthinking every move, and ready to take action on their terms.

I've helped people:

  • Rebuild their confidence after a knock
  • Decide whether to stay, move or leap
  • See options they couldn't see alone, and
  • Get back to feeling like themselves again

My approach is straight-talking, supportive, and practical. There are a couple of exercises to get us out of the starting blocks with your CV and LinkedIn which enable us to start having real conversations (without the corporate jargon!) that lead to real positive change.

The cost of staying stuck isn't just professional, it's personal.

Your energy, confidence and sense of possibility are on the line. The longer you wait, the harder it gets to make a move.

If you're thinking about the next 5-10 years of your working life and wondering how you want them to feel - let's talk.

You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to start.

Frequently asked questions

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is for adults who want a clearer next step in their career or life: a change of direction, a move up, a return to work, or a decision they keep putting off.

What is the difference between career coaching and life coaching?

Career coaching focuses on work: roles, direction and how to get there. Life coaching takes a wider view, including how work fits with everything else. Many conversations touch on both, which is why they sit together here.

How does coaching work?

You send an enquiry through the contact form, Ray replies to arrange a first conversation, and you decide together whether working together makes sense.

How do sessions take place?

Sessions take place over WhatsApp call, so you can work with Ray wherever you are in the world. Before the first session, Ray reads your CV and LinkedIn profile.

How much does coaching cost?

Prices for the two main offers are shown in Meet your coach. For anything else, contact Ray for pricing. Fees depend on what you need, and Ray discusses them with you before anything is agreed. You can book a free coaching consultation to talk through your goals, with no obligation to continue.

Does Ray's recruitment background help?

Yes. Having worked in recruitment, Ray understands how employers read applications and make decisions, and can talk this through with you honestly.

Is what we discuss confidential?

Yes, whatever is discussed remains confidential.

How do I get started?

Use the contact form, choose Coaching enquiry and tell Ray a little about what you are looking for. A few lines is enough.
